Policies
1. Booking & Reservations
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment (depending on the booking terms).
• All bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.
• A valid ID or passport is required for booking confirmation.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will result in a full charge.
4. Payment Methods
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
5. Damages & Property Use
• Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and care. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card or deducted from the security deposit.
• Please report any damages immediately to our team so they can be addressed promptly.
oIf the damages incurred jeopardize the villas next rental(s), these damages will also need to be compensated by the party who caused the damage.
6. Security Deposit
• A security deposit of 1 night-stay cost will be required before check-in and is refundable within 2 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
7. Occupancy Limits
• The maximum occupancy for the entire property is 12 guests. Additional guests must be pre-approved, and extra charges may apply.
8. Noise & Behavior
• We ask that guests be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
• No loud music, parties, or events are permitted without prior approval.
9. Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Additional cleaning fees may apply when this is violated. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
10. Pets
• We welcome pets but only on request and subject to approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, otherwise it may not be permitted.
11. Safety & Security
• The property is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
• Please ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
12. Events & Parties
• Special events, parties, or gatherings are allowed with prior approval and may incur additional fees.

13. Alcohol Consumption
• Alcohol may be consumed on the property, but guests are responsible for drinking responsibly.
• For events, please ensure that alcohol is served by licensed professionals (if applicable).
14. Health & Safety Guidelines
• In the case of medical emergencies, please contact local emergency services. The property is equipped with basic first-aid supplies.
• If you require any special accommodations, please let us know in advance.
• Children must always be supervised when swimming in the pool. No lifeguard is on the premises.
15. Wi-Fi & Internet Usage
• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
• Guests are expected to use the internet for lawful purposes only, and any illegal activity may result in termination of service.
16. Weather & Force Majeure
• In the event of extreme weather conditions or natural disasters that prevent access to the property or require early departure, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking or offer alternative accommodations.
• We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
17. Privacy Policy
• Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary for booking and payment processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
